Zarina is an Associate at WR Immigration. She counsels clients on various employment-based immigration matters across a variety of industries. She has extensive experience with nonimmigrant visas, including E, H, L, O, and TN, and immigrant processes including PERM, I-140, and Adjustment of Status.
Zarina earned her J.D. from New York Law School where she received the Joseph Solomon Public Interest Award as a result of her pro bono work, and obtained her B.A. magna cum laude from Syracuse University. She has appeared as a speaker at the American Immigration Lawyers Association’s (AILA) annual conferences, and she is admitted to practice law in New York. Zarina previously served on the NY State Bar Association’s Committee on Immigration Representation, where she co-chaired a CLE event covering business immigration topics for legal practitioners.
