Mitch Montgomery is an Associate Attorney based out of WR Immigration’s Boston office. He has significant experience in a range of employment-based immigration matters and has represented clients in a variety of industries, such as finance, technology, and education. He specializes in helping clients navigate the complex U.S. immigration process through clear, thoughtful guidance and support. Prior to joining the firm, he gained extensive experience in U.S. citizenship and naturalization matters as a Staff Attorney at Project Citizenship, an immigration services nonprofit in Boston.
Mitch earned a J.D. from Elon University School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude and served as an Editor on the Elon Law Review, and a B.A. from UNC Chapel Hill. He is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). Outside of work, Mitch enjoys perfecting his home coffee brewing techniques and spending as much time as possible outdoors with his wife and pets.
