Meghan Fletcher is an attorney in WR Immigration’s Oakland office. Her practice in business immigration covers both non-immigrant and immigrant visa types. Meghan’s experience includes corporate business immigration practice focused on tech and financial services clients, VIPs, and her main specialization was in complex RFEs, Naturalization, new-hire and role change immigration assessments, O-1s, EB-1s, L-1s, and PERM reviews. In addition, Meghan’s experience includes humanitarian-based immigration applications such as the O-1 visa and VAWA self-petition.

Meghan graduated from California Western School of Law, where she worked as an intern and law clerk at a boutique immigration firm in San Diego. She was a Volunteer Attorney for the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program’s HIV/AIDS Legal Services Program, and her work assisting local residents pro bono earned her the Wiley W. Manuel Certificate for Pro Bono Legal Service. She is a member of the California Bar, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, Queen’s Bench, and the International Action Network for Gender Equity and Law (IANGEL).
