With over two decades of experience in employment-based immigration, Jestherlynn counsels corporate clients in various industries as well as individual clients in a variety of immigration matters, including nonimmigrant visas, family and employment-based permanent residence applications, and naturalization applications. She also advises clients on managing their immigration programs to remain compliant with immigration policies. Jestherlynn has represented clients ranging from multinational Fortune 500 companies to mid-sized and smaller organizations in the technology, financial services, oil and gas, pharmaceutical, healthcare, retail, engineering, real estate, among others.

Prior to joining WR Immigration, Jestherlynn was employed as a Senior Associate at a large multinational immigration firm. In this role, she led a legal team that provided immigration counsel to a wide variety of companies and individuals in employment-based immigration, and immigration compliance matters. She partnered with clients to maximize the efficiency and compliance of large-scale immigration planning for foreign national employees.
