Brittani is a Senior Associate Attorney at WR Immigration where she specializes in the management of employment immigration programs across industries, including financial institutions, technology, manufacturing, professional services, information technology, among other industries. She regularly advises on groundbreaking immigration policy developments, compliance measures and immigration program development. Brittani’s practice focuses on global workforce management, including work permits, visas, residency, and compliance issues. She works together with employers on accomplishing mutual goals to ensure employees maintain work authorization. Brittani regularly delivers presentations on Immigration Compliance, Immigration Basics, and I-9 Compliance to best equip clients to succeed in their roles.

Prior to joining WR Immigration, Brittani worked at other large immigration and employment law firms where she oversaw and managed legal teams. She advised clients on a broad range of temporary work visas, employment-based permanent residence matters, consular operations, and global mobility through regularly evolving immigration climates. Brittani developed immigration-based programs specific to clients’ needs to best support their employee population, including assessment programs and immigration policy standards. This experience has equipped Brittani to successfully navigate the various government agencies we deal with daily, including Department of State, U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Citizenship Immigration Services, and U.S. Department of Labor.

Brittani gained her Juris Doctorate degree from The University of Tennessee College of Law and can often be found cheering on the Volunteers on any occasion.
