Britt Stern is an Associate Attorney at WR Immigration. Britt has provided strategic counsel on business immigration matters to multinational corporations, high-growth startups, and skilled professionals across industries such as technology, finance, and healthcare. With an understanding of the challenges employers face in securing and retaining global talent, she advises clients on work visa strategies, compliance, and long-term immigration pathways tailored to their business objectives. 

In her practice, Britt has focused on supporting both nonimmigrant (H-1B, L-1, O-1) and immigrant (EB-1 and EB-2) visas, consular processing, and adjustment of status. Prior to joining WR Immigration, Britt has worked for well-known business immigration law firms in San Francisco and New York.

Britt earned a JD from Brooklyn Law School in New York. While in law school, she received the school’s Gold Award for dedicating over 100 hours to public service. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of California, Santa Barbara, in English and New Media.
