Ashley is an Associate Attorney at WR Immigration with a primary focus on employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters. She represents clients from large multinational corporations to domestic startup companies in a variety of global industries, as well as individuals who are seeking immigration guidance. She supports her clients’ employees during all milestones of their immigration journey, from temporary nonimmigrant work visas (H-1B, L-1, TN, E-3 etc.) to labor certifications, permanent residence, and citizenship. She provides a client-centered approach to legal issues and cultivates expert-level comprehension of her clients’ industries so that she can partner with them to recommend customized immigration strategies that align with their business objectives. Some of the industries that she supports include: Technology, Fintech, Biotech, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Artificial Intelligence, Higher Education, and Dentistry.
As part of her practice, she advises clients on managing immigration programs to remain compliant with immigration policies and advocates for her clients during Fraud Detection and National Security (“FDNS”) site visits and Department of Labor Wage and Hour Division audits.
Prior to joining WR Immigration, Ashley was an Associate at a nationally recognized immigration and global mobility practice in the Boston area. She is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (“AILA”) and serves as Vice Chair on the AILA New England Chapter Conference Committee. In addition, she was the 2020 Goldstein & Manello Endowed Membership Recipient; was selected to Super Lawyers Raising Stars for 2022; has been invited to speak on several immigration panels, webinars, and articles; and was recognized by the Massachusetts SJC Pro Bono Honor Roll for her outstanding commitment to providing free legal services to those in need. She earned her J.D. from New England Law | Boston and holds a B.S. in both Government and Applied Legal Studies from Suffolk University.
She is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of New Hampshire.
