Troy has assisted a variety companies within financial services, financial technology, and other highly regulated sectors in obtaining positive results in both immigrant and nonimmigrant processes.
Troy earned a J.D. from The Ohio State University, Moritz College of Law and a B.A. from Brigham Young University in Political Science with a minor in Spanish. He is an active member of the Massachusetts Audubon Society and he enjoys spending his time out of the office bird watching and traveling, often combining both.
