Ivy is an Associate at WR Immigration, representing corporate clients before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and U.S. Department of Labor in obtaining nonimmigrant statuses, permanent residency, and citizenship for their employees. She handles complex immigration matters for individuals and companies of all sizes ranging from Fortune 500 corporations to startups.

Ivy has extensive experience educating and guiding her clients through the PERM labor certification, green card, and naturalization processes. She also assists clients securing temporary work visas, and advises on family-based as well as investment immigrant petitions.

Ivy works with corporate clients in a variety of industries, including IT, engineering, financial, medical, chemical, construction, and marketing, etc.

Ivy earned her Master of Laws degree at The George Washington University in Washington D.C. She also obtained her Master of Laws degree and LL.B at Beijing Forestry University in China.

Ivy is licensed in the State of New York and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Fluent in English, Mandarin and Japanese, Ivy brings excellent legal writing and client communication skills to her practice.
