Cara Chang is an Associate Attorney specializing in employment-based immigrant and non-immigrant matters. She brings experience from a nationally recognized business immigration law firm as well as a background in both immigration and employment law.
Cara earned her J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law, where she served as Articles Editor for the Journal of International Law and completed clerkships in immigration and employment law. She holds a B.A. in International Relations from Knox College.
Committed to advancing access to justice, Cara has provided pro bono legal services through the Safe Passage Project, the Workers’ Rights Clinic, and Bridge to Justice.
Cara is admitted to practice in California and is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
