Sarah is an Associate at WR Immigration. She counsels clients on various employment-based immigration matters and represents them before numerous government agencies, including the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Labor, and the Department of State. Sarah has extensive experience with nonimmigrant visas, including E-3, H-1B, H-1B1, L-1A, L-1B, and TN, and immigrant visas including EB-1C.
Sarah earned her J.D. from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law and completed her B.A. cum laude at Bucknell University. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), and she is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey. Sarah received the Minority Bar Association of Western New York Award as a result of her passion and commitment to effectuating changes within the legal system that address the needs of the minority community.
