Joey Barnett

Joey Barnett serves as Partner and Co-Head of WR Immigration’s EB-5 Practice. He advises investors, regional centers, developers, and project sponsors on complex EB-5 matters and has earned a reputation for developing practical strategies to overcome challenging legal issues. Joey is a frequent speaker and thought leader whose insights help shape discussions across the EB-5 industry.

Vivian Zhu

Vivian Zhu is a Partner and Co-Head of WR Immigration’s EB-5 Practice and has extensive experience representing investors and families throughout every stage of the EB-5 process. Known for her client-centered approach and deep knowledge of investment immigration law, Vivian has successfully guided clients through some of the industry’s most complex matters while providing exceptional service and trusted counsel.
