Michelle is an immigration attorney based out of San Diego, California. Raised in Redondo Beach, California, Michelle relocated to San Diego to attend San Diego State University where she obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science. Michelle then obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, graduating magna cum laude. Michelle’s family immigrated to the U.S. from Buenos Aires, Argentina in the 1980’s. Michelle is the first in her family to be born in the U.S., and the first to pursue higher education. Seeing the complexities and obstacles her family experienced with the immigration process, Michelle was motivated to dedicate her career to assisting individuals who wish to pursue a better future in the U.S.
Michelle handles a variety of employment-based and family-based immigration matters, focusing on the facilitation of foreign personnel in the U.S. through H-1B, TN, O, L, PERM, employment-based immigrant petitions and lawful permanent resident applications. Michelle recognizes the importance of seeing the “big picture” of each individual’s immigration journey. She tackles each and every case with a forward looking approach, advising clients on the longer term immigration future for their employees and their family members. Michelle also focuses on educating and walking her clients through the complexities of the ever evolving immigration landscape. She is determined to explain the immigration process every step of the way to ensure understanding of the complicated procedures.
Michelle finds the employment-based immigration field particularly interesting and is fascinated by the high level of talent that foreign nationals bring to the U.S. She is a member of the Bar of the Supreme Court of California and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
