Kevin is an Associate Attorney at WR Immigration. He has advised clients on various nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters, including H-1B, TN, L-1, and O-1 visas, as well as EB-1 and National Interest Waiver petitions. With a decade of experience, Kevin has represented clients across a range of industries, including automotive, energy, healthcare, higher education, IT, and manufacturing.
Drawing from his own immigrant background, Kevin understands the challenges faced by employers and foreign nationals navigating the U.S. immigration system and is committed to developing practical, tailored strategies to achieve client objectives.
Kevin earned his Juris Doctor from Michigan State University College of Law and is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). He is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
