Kristen Tully is an Associate Attorney concentrating on employment-based nonimmigrant matters, including H-1B, O, L, E, and TN petitions, and immigrant matters, including EB-1 and EB-2 National Interest Waiver petitions, and Schedule A, Group II. Kristen was a legal fellow at Massachusetts Law Reform Institute where she advocated on behalf of low-income immigrants across the state of Massachusetts. Kristen earned her JD from Northeastern University, is admitted to the Massachusetts bar, and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). In her free time, Kristen enjoys traveling, board games, and spending time with her family.
