Kristen Tully is an Associate Attorney concentrating on employment-based nonimmigrant matters, including H-1B, O, L, E, and TN petitions, and immigrant matters, including EB-1 and EB-2 National Interest Waiver petitions, and Schedule A, Group II. She has handled both white glove VIP and high-volume clients, and she cultivates expert-level comprehension of her client’s industries so that she can partner with them to customize immigration strategies that align with their business sectors and objectives. Industries she supports includes technology, fintech, biotech, manufacturing, healthcare, artificial intelligence, higher education, clean energy, and entertainment. Additionally, she advises clients on managing their immigration programs to remain compliant with immigration policies. Kristen is also knowledgeable in the Global Practice, with experience spanning 120+ countries.

Kristen was a legal fellow at Massachusetts Law Reform Institute where she advocated on behalf of low-income immigrants across the state of Massachusetts. Kristen earned her JD from Northeastern University, is admitted to the Massachusetts bar, and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). In her free time, Kristen enjoys traveling, board games, and spending time with her family.
