Tracy is an Associate Attorney at WR Immigration where she provides strategic and legal counsel to corporate clients and their employees on a wide range of business immigration matters. Her practice includes advising on nonimmigrant and immigrant visa applications and petitions to support initial employment, intra-company transfers, and permanent residency in the U.S.

Prior to joining WR Immigration, Tracy has experience providing legal services to a diverse range of clients and individuals, including a top 10 Fortune 100 multinational organization, and has represented foreign nationals and immigrant investors in cross-border and business immigration cases across various sectors, with a particular focus on aerospace, energy, and telecommunications. She has also delivered presentations across East Asia, offering insights into emerging immigration trends and regulatory developments.

Tracy earned her J.D. from the Appalachian School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Fairmont State University. She is admitted to the New York State Bar and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the AILA Southern California Chapter.
