John Baik is a Senior Associate Attorney in the firm’s Los Angeles office. He has experience in providing a wide range of employment-based immigration services, including H-1B, Blanket L, L-1A/B, O-1, P-1, R-1, TN, PERM, NIW, adjustment of status to permanent residency, and naturalization. Mr. Baik has extensive experience in representing a broad array of clients, from multinational corporations to start-ups and also individuals and families.
John earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the Seattle University, after completing a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy with Honors at the University of Washington. He is fluent in written and spoken Korean.
