Jamie Martin is an Attorney in the firm’s Boston office, specializing in employment-based immigrant petitions and the PERM process. Prior to joining the firm, Jamie gained experience working for firms in Boston and Worcester, practicing family-based and employment-based immigration, as well as removal defense and asylum applications. Jamie has also volunteered for non-profit organizations in and around Boston, participating in a variety of volunteer activities, from naturalization clinics to bike-a-thon registrations, she is always happy to lend a hand.
Originally from the Adirondack Mountains of upstate New York, Jamie relocated to Massachusetts to pursue her law degree, and there developed a passion for Immigration Law. Jamie earned her B.S. from SUNY Brockport in Anthropology, and her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, where she graduated with pro bono honors. While at Suffolk, Jamie also participated in that University’s Immigration Clinic, assisting indigent clients with their immigration cases before USCIS and the Boston Immigration Court. Outside of the office Jamie enjoys running, hiking, cooking, and playing with her cats.
