Elizabeth McCullough is an Attorney at WR Immigration. Elizabeth’s practice primarily focuses on employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant matters. She advises companies, organizations, and individuals on business immigration matters, including nonimmigrant and immigrant visa options, strategic concerns, and regulatory compliance issues.
Prior to joining the firm, Elizabeth gained experience in a wide variety of employment- and family-based immigration matters while working as an attorney for two different immigration law firms in Boston and Chicago. Prior to becoming an attorney, she worked as a business immigration legal assistant at Chin & Curtis, LLP.
Elizabeth earned her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, and is admitted to the Massachusetts Bar. She earned her B.S. from the University of Massachusetts, with a major in Management. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), and the Massachusetts Bar Association. Outside of the office, Elizabeth enjoys biking, cooking, and spending time with family.
