Carole Rowlinson is a Senior Attorney in the firm’s Boston office who focuses her practice on corporate and business immigration matters. She counsels companies and their employees on matters related to employment-based immigration for nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions and assists multinational corporations with employment eligibility verification and regulatory compliance. She has extensive experience advising clients in a variety of industries, including technology, education, life sciences, and financial services.
Prior to joining the firm, Carole gained over 14 years of experience as an Associate and Senior Associate at several Boston office international law firms, where she worked on a wide variety of employment-based immigration and nationality law matters.
Carole earned her J.D. from Roger Williams University School of Law, located in Rhode Island, and concurrently earned a Master of Community Planning degree, specializing in Social Policy Planning, from the University of Rhode Island. She earned her B.A. from Rhode Island College, majoring in Political Science and Public Administration. She is admitted to practice law in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), MA and RI Bar Associations, and Boston Bar Association.
