Vietnam EB-5 Retrogression Now a Reality: 5 Things to Know

Vietnam retrogression has now occurred and only Vietnamese EB-5 applicants who filed before July 22, 2014 will be eligible to receive an EB-5 immigrant visa.  However, starting October 1, 2018, we expect the Vietnam Final Action Date to be sometime in 2015 or 2016.
