Mr. Owji is a current member of the executive committee of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (“AILA”) serving as a treasurer, and was a former Chair of AILA’s Northern California chapter. Known for his personal, hands-on approach with his clients, Mr. Owji assists with all aspects of corporate immigration, representing top multinational organizations across a range of industries, including technology, consulting, financial, and professional services. He provides advisory services to clients’ human resources, talent acquisition, and legal departments to create dynamic immigration programs. Additionally, he guides both start-up and established companies alike in making intelligent immigration decisions.
