The panelists discussed updates on visa number availability for backlogged China applicants while also making predictions on visa numbers for Vietnam, India, Brazil, and Turkey. On November 11, 2017, Mr. Wolfsdorf was invited to speak at the AILA California Chapter Conference in Hollywood, California. During the “EB-5 Investor Visa Update – Mad Money” presentation, he shared insight on the fundamental changes and increased challenges that the EB-5 program is currently facing. Mr. Wolfsdorf and his co-panelists discussed the EB-5 reform, impact of lengthy adjudications for I-526, I-829, and I-924, regional center approvals, amendments, and site visit, and analysis of USCIS updated policy manual regarding guidance on job creation and capital at-risk requirements.
