Black, Not Blue: Who Knew? USCIS Filing Tip

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has reminded employers and others to use black ink, not blue or another color, when filling out forms on paper. Also, the agency said, do not use highlighters or correction fluid or tape. Handwriting should be legible and not spill beyond the space provided, and the form must be signed.
